Six ways I take socials off your plate

Keeping your social media accounts going strong while running your business isn’t easy, and creating and posting quality content – consistently – across all those platforms is a full-time job. That’s where having a virtual assistant taking over your social media accounts can make all the difference.

I understand that your business is unique, and that you want a social media calendar that addresses the challenges you’re facing. And, it’s not about managing tasks, it’s about helping you understand  what your socials can tell you about your business.

Here’s how I can take your socials off your plate:

  1. Upfront social strategy session: First up, I’ll send you a questionnaire to get an initial understanding of your social accounts and your goals, audiences, and what your brand’s personality is. This helps me begin research into your business and how I can help. I’d love it if I can keep this from taking too much of your time, but the truth is, more questions will come up at this stage and we’ll need to chat further. There are many owners who don’t have the time for this, but I promise, making the time in these initial stages makes all the difference later on.
  2. A content calendar to keep your socials organised: Once I have your information, I can start building your calendar. I will map out all the posts for weeks in advance across your platforms, and add any important dates, campaigns, promotions, and more. I’ve found that business owners have different preferences for managing their calendars, and my goal is to create something that makes approval and life in general easier for you. This might mean using Asana, Metricool, Meta’s planner, or Google Sheets. There is no right calendar to use – the most important thing is what makes it easiest for you.
  3. Content creation: Now comes the content creation: captions, hashtags, images, reels – whatever you specify in our contract.
  4. Scheduling & community management:  Using a social media scheduler, I will schedule content and monitor engagement too – responding to comments and keeping things active. This constant interaction not only keeps your audience engaged but also builds a community around your brand.
  5. Analytics:  It’s going to take time to figure out what your audience is responding to, so I’ll keep an eye on your analytics, and report back on how things are going. The insights gained here will determine what tweaks are needed to improve the strategy.
  6.  Check-ins: Transparency is important to me, and iI will check in with you regularly for feedback, ensuring these posts are always aligned with your business priorities.

In the end, all of this gets taken off your shoulders, while you focus on your business.
